CHICKEN & SWEET CORN SOUP
A thick, warm soup on the table in minutes! This Chinese Corn Soup, also known as Egg Drop Soup, will please the whole family. It tastes just like what you get at Chinese restaurants, (but healthier) I use rice flour to thicken, so it is gluten free.
I like to add some spring onion and a little coconut cream before serving, it's delicious!
